Creekside started in the Spring of 2002 in the living room of our current Pastor.  We had spent over a year before that seeking God's will, studying His word, and asking Him if and why he wanted us to be part of starting a church here in McMinnville.  At the end of that time we were convinced that God was calling us to do so and started meeting as a church family in Steve and Rachel's living room.  Since then God has proved his faithfulness to us again and again and we have seen Him work in ways none of us would have expected.

People always ask us what kind of church we are.  That is a difficult question to answer because in some ways it is like asking "What kind of family are you?"  The best answer is from the people that have come and visited us in the past.  They consistently bring up two things that are important.  First, the notice that we are committed to teaching and obeying God's word, and next, that we are a very warm and friendly community of people.
